Corrugated box cutters have single and double spells in the manufacturing process

Corrugated cardboard is made by bonding paper, backing paper, core paper and corrugated paper processed into corrugated corrugated. According to the requirements of commodity packaging, corrugated cardboard can be processed into single-faced corrugated cardboard, three-layer corrugated cardboard, five-layer, seven-layer, eleven-layer corrugated paperboard.
Corrugated cardboard of different corrugated shapes has different functions as corrugated cardboard. Even with the same quality of face paper and backing paper, the tungsten carbide round knife has a certain difference in the performance of the corrugated cardboard due to the difference in the shape of the enamel. There are four types of corrugated shapes commonly used in the world, which are A-type C, C-type, B-type E and E-type. Their technical indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1. Corrugated cardboard made of type A enamel has good cushioning property and a certain elasticity, and type C is second to A. However, the stiffness and impact resistance are better than that of the A-type crucible; the B-type crucible has a high density of arrangement, the surface of the corrugated cardboard produced is flat, and the bearing pressure is high, which is suitable for printing; the E-shaped crucible is thin and dense, and presents its just strength.
The difference between containers and non-containers is mainly in the outer diameter and is closely related to the type of corrugated. The relationship between the inner diameter specifications, manufacturing specifications, and outer diameter specifications of the carton will be detailed below through the following table:
Corrugated box manufacturing size measurement method
The manufacturing dimensions of the carton are the size of the blank when the carton is made. The manufacturing dimensions are based on the line of pressure on the unrolled box blank. The indentation roller on the slitting machine presses a groove at the pressing line position, and the pressing line is the center line of the groove. The distance between the two lines is the manufacturing size. Converting the manufacturing dimensions to the inner and outer diameter dimensions can be achieved by Table 2, but they also have their own measurement methods.
Corrugated boxes have a single fight and a double fight in the manufacturing process.
Single-spinning one-page forming box is generally used for cartons with smaller circumferences; double-pieces are also called two-page boxes. Some cartons are too large in circumference, and have to use two pieces of box blanks to piece together a carton, but sometimes the carton factory uses the production. The remaining material cut in the process will also be pieced together with two pieces of cardboard that are not too large in size, and sometimes even four pieces. The two-page box has one more joint than the one-page box, so there are some subtle differences in the area calculation between the two.
Joint and wire
The manufacturing dimensions of the carton joints are determined according to the number of corrugated layers and the level of production technology. The single corrugated cardboard is 35 ~ 40mm, the double corrugated cardboard is 45 ~ 50mm, and the three corrugated cardboard is 50mm.
The calculation of the unfolded area of the carton must take into account the loss of the yarn during the manufacturing process. The size of the wire is determined by the number of layers of the board, generally 20 to 40 mm.
In order to facilitate the calculation in actual work, the rule of adding "8" plus "4" is adopted uniformly, that is, the sum of the joint and the return wire in the lateral direction is set to 8 cm, and the total return wire in the longitudinal direction is set to 4 cm.
